Let me get straight to the point because this review is embarrassingly overdue. But credit where credit is due, Brittany deserves the shout-out.
First off, Brittany has achieved something I’m fairly certain requires advanced training, patience, and possibly Jedi-level restraint: she manages to be both personable and professional at the same time. Apparently, this is harder than it sounds, because not everyone in the medical field has figured it out yet.
She never rushes me like she has a tee time to get to, and she doesn’t do that classic medical-office disappearing act where the provider leaves the room and your last three questions are left floating in the air like unsolved mysteries.
My favorite part is how she explains things. Brittany actually takes the time to walk through the Why, What, and How in plain, everyday language. Now yes, I read a lot and I recognize a few medical terms here and there, but let’s be honest, I did not attend the many years of schooling it took to earn the impressive letters trailing behind her name. The difference is, Brittany doesn’t act like those letters require a matching level of ego.
Unlike a few medical professionals I’ve encountered over the years who seem to believe the capital letters behind their name automatically upgrade them to “Supreme Commander of the Exam Room” Brittany is refreshingly approachable. No attitude, no talking down to you, no subtle implication that asking questions is somehow inconvenient.
She treats you like what you actually are: an adult who deserves to understand what’s going on with your own health. Revolutionary concept, I know.
And believe me, after dealing with doctors, nurses, dentists, and technicians over the years who occasionally spoke to me like I had just wandered in from daycare, I appreciate that more than I can properly express in a quick review.
I have to run, but here’s the short version: if you choose Brittany as your healthcare provider in her field, you will not regret it. She’s knowledgeable, patient, professional, and most impressively, she somehow managed to keep her humility intact despite earning those letters after her name.
In today’s world, that alone deserves a standing ovation… or at the very least, a very overdue five-star review.

Why Brittiny doesn’t have “M.D.” after her name is one of life’s great mysteries, because she gave me a better exam than any doctor I’ve seen in Georgia. The woman is pure professionalism wrapped in friendliness.
Here’s the thing everyone actually wants from a medical professional (even if they can’t put it into words): trust. Not the “I’ll have to talk to a specialist” routine, what specialist? There are thousands! Just point me in a direction so I don’t spiral into imagining my numb big toe is about to be amputated and I need to budget for designer crutches and an in-home elevator.
Brittiny handled everything like a pro. She explained every step, stayed focused even when I cracked terrible jokes, and instantly picked up on my nerves. She made me feel safe, informed, and actually cared for, not like I was just another appointment on the schedule.
Bottom line: Brittiny has the it factor. She’s pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely invested in helping people understand what’s going on with their bodies. She won’t scare you, she won’t rush you, she’ll guide you in what steps to take next. If anyone deserves five stars and a cape, it’s her
